Service Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Third-Party Services

The service integrates third-party providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, and Cloudflare. Their terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

If you use AI summaries or brief follow-up questions, you authorize us to send the necessary topic setup and matched research data to OpenAI in order to return the requested output.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of the service is at your own risk.

AI summaries and follow-up answers are assistive research outputs. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and they are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JournalRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

Termination

You can delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
